Stock exchanges on Wall Street finished Tuesday's session mixed as investors digested Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell's testimony before the Senate Banking Committee, where he emphasized that the central bank should not rush to adjust its monetary policy.

After the closing bell, America's largest corporations will unveil earnings results, including Lyft, DoorDash, and American International Group (AIG).

The Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 0.28% as Coca Cola Company gained 4.73%. The Nasdaq 100 lost 0.29% with Tesla Inc. falling 6.34%. The S&P 500 stood flat.

The euro climbed 0.55% against the dollar, changing hands for 1.03632.
