United States President Donald Trump celebrated on Friday a Supreme Court decision that restricted the power of federal judges to issue nationwide injunctions.

The president called the decision a "GIANT WIN" and a blow to what he labeled the "Birthright Citizenship Hoax." The ruling, delivered along ideological lines, came as part of litigation challenging Trump's January executive order seeking to limit birthright citizenship.

"It had to do with the babies of slaves... not the SCAMMING of our Immigration process," he wrote.
