ASML Holding NV announced on Wednesday that its net sales in the second quarter of its fiscal 2025 stood at €7.7 billion, jumping 23% compared to the corresponding quarter of the year prior. The figures beat analysts' estimates.

Net income reached €2.3 billion in the reported trimester, soaring 45% while diluted net income per ordinary share reached €5.9, advancing 47%. The chipmaker predicted that its third-quarter net sales will fall in the range between €7.4 billion and €7.9 billion.

"Looking at 2026, we see that our AI customers' fundamentals remain strong. At the same time, we continue to see increasing uncertainty driven by macro-economic and geopolitical developments. Therefore, while we still prepare for growth in 2026, we cannot confirm it at this stage," CEO Christophe Fouquet commented.
