Trump: We can't have four more years like this
Former United States President Donald Trump said on Monday that "we can't have four more years of what we've just had," referring to Joe Biden's presidentship and his administration's handling of the humanitarian crisis caused by Hurricane Helene.
Speaking before the press with survivors and first-aid providers Asheville, North Carolina, Trump insisted that the will "support and totally complete the rebuilding of every region and town and city that was destroyed by the hurricane. I will slash through every bureaucratic barrier that you're having already and having problems with right now."
Furthermore, Trump promised that, if re-elected to the White House, he would pledge the necessary funds to be distributed to the region to help its recovery, including those obtained through tariffs on foreign goods.
