Foncière des Régions is also extending its business to two other sectors, the Hotels & Service sector and the Residential sector in Germany. With a total portfolio valued at €18Bn (€12Bn in group share), Foncière des Régions is the partner of companies and municipalities, which it supports in developing property strategies.
