With a total of 49.6 million customer accesses, the company is one of the three leading integrated telecommunications providers in Germany. In the mobile segment alone, Telefónica Deutschland is responsible for more than 45.3 million accesses – making it the German market leader. Telefónica Deutschland Holding AG has been listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange since 2012 and in the TecDAX since 2013. The wholly owned operational subsidiary Telefónica Germany GmbH & Co. OHG and its 100% subsidiary E-Plus Mobilfunk GmbH operate under its umbrella. The company is part of the Spanish telecommunications group Telefónica S.A. headquartered in Madrid – one of the world’s largest telecommunications providers.
