This sub-fund invests in an internationally diversified basket of equities, and tracks the composition of the IN.flanders@ index as closely as possible. The selection and weighting of the stocks in the index is based on the following criteria: 1) for businesses based in Flanders: the number of staff and the rate of growth in the workforce worldwide, 2) for other businesses: the number of staff and the rate of growth in the workforce in Flanders. The weighting also takes account of the score for internal social relations and the businesses' overall score for sustainability and social responsibility. The volatility of the net asset value may be high due to the composition of the portfolio.
