The investment group’s objective is to exceed the return on domestic Swiss CHF bonds with a residual term of two years. It issues first-class mortgage-backed loans. The collateral is generally multi-family dwellings, business premises (including hotels), single-family dwellings, and condominiums. All pledged properties must be located in Switzerland. When the payout is made, the loan may not exceed two thirds of the market value of the pledged property. Mortgage loans are not granted on agricultural or industrial real estate.
