The objective of the Fund is to aim to track the net total return performance of the MAC Global Solar Energy Index (the "Index"), less fees, expenses and transaction costs. The Index is a thematic index which is designed to reflect the performance of the global solar energy equity sector. The Fund is a passively managed Exchange-Traded Fund. To achieve the investment objective, the Fund will, as far as possible and practicable, hold all the shares in the Index in their respective weightings. The Fund is an Article 8 Fund (it promotes environmental and/or social characteristics) for the purposes of Regulation (EU) 2019/2088 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 November 2019 on sustainability-related disclosures in the financial services sector ("SFDR").
