The Fund is not benchmark constrained and its performance may derivate significantly from that of the benchmark. The Fund seeks to increase the value of its assets over the medium term by investing in shares issued worldwide by companies which innovate or benefit from healthcare innovation including but not limited to advances in genetic sequencing, drug delivery, miniaturization, bio-compatible materials, haptics and information technology in the healthcare field. Environmental, social and governance (ESG) criteria contribute to, but are not a determining factor in, the manager's decision making.
