The objective of the investment policy is to generate a long term capital growth through investments into small and mid-cap- companies with promising business models. The DJE - Mittelstand & Innovation ("sub-fund") is an equity fund. In order to achieve the investment objectives, at least 51 % of the portfolio of the sub-fund will be invested in small and mid-cap stocks or similar securities, issued by companies located in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The selection of good quality stocks with above average growth prospects (growth at a reasonable price) is based on a fundamental analysis. The investment in other funds is limited to a maximum of 10 per cent. Apart from the aforementioned constraints the composition of the fund will be actively managed i.e. independently of any constraints regarding benchmarks, sectors, countries, duration, rating and market capitalization under consideration of ESG factors. The sub-fund may use financial instruments, whose value depends on future prices of other assets (derivatives) for hedging and investment purposes.
