The holdings have growth potential, are economically successful and future-oriented. The company focuses on the sustainable and long-term success of its subsidiaries. The tasks of AdCapital AG include the management, promotion and further development of the subsidiaries. The company was formed in 2000 by changing the name of Berliner Elektro Holding AG. In the course of the name change, the strategic orientation and business purpose were also changed.
