The United States is moving stealth B-2 bombers to Guam, a sign that the Pentagon is preparing for strikes against Iranian underground nuclear facilities, the Wall Street Journal (WSJ) stated on Saturday.

According to a report citing anonymous Pentagon officials with knowledge of the matter, the order to attack had not been given yet.

B-2 bombers can carry GBU-57 bunker buster bombs believed to be able to penetrate deep underground. Previously, the media reported US President Donald Trump was considering whether the heavy ordnance could destroy Iran's Fordow nuclear site. On the other hand, the US president said he would make a final decision on Iran within two weeks. Simultaneously, a buildup of US air and naval forces has been observed in the Middle East.
