The Russian Ministry of Defense shared on its Telegram account on Monday that the air forces shot down 26 uncrewed aerial vehicles (UAVs).

"For the period from 23.00 Moscow time on May 4 to 02.30 Moscow time on May 5, 26 Ukrainian aircraft-type unmanned aerial vehicles were intercepted and destroyed by air defense systems," the ministry stated in the post.

In addition to four drones repelled over the Moscow region, 17 were downed over Bryansk, and five more over the Kaluga region. The governor of the Bryansk region took to social media to say there was no damage or casualties in the overnight attack.
