Europe mostly higher premarket with data in limelight

European stock exchanges were mostly higher in premarket trade on Wednesday ahead of the release of data on Britain's consumer and producer prices, as well as German producer inflation, all expected to be published before the opening bell.
The euro area's construction output report for September will be released later today.
London's FTSE 100 lost 0.14%. The CAC 40 rose 0.50%. Frankfurt's DAX added 0.45%. The Euro Stoxx 50 gained 0.57%.
The euro lost 0.06% against the dollar, selling at 1.05871 at 7:59 am CET. The pound sterling added 0.07% versus the greenback, changing hands for 1.26862.
