Earnings preview: Tech in focus with Broadcom, HPE and more
The upcoming earnings week will be centered around tech, as HPE, NIO, Broadcom and CrowdStrike post their financial results in what will prove to be a slower-than-usual, yet insightful stretch.
Analysts expect CrowdStrike's revenues at $1.1 billion in the first quarter, pointing to a year-over-year growth of 19.92%. Looking at Broadcom's second-quarter results, on average, analysts forecast revenue of $15.02 billion, a 20% increase on a yearly basis and adjusted net income of $7.8 billion, which would be up from $5.39 billion a year ago. AI revenue is predicted to rise 42% year-over-year and 7% sequentially to $4.42 billion.
Meanwhile, Hewlett Packard Enterprise Company will post its second-quarter results on Tuesday. HPE saw a 16% jump in its first-quarter revenue, beating expectations.
