The Walt Disney Company's ESPN announced on Tuesday that its new streaming service will be named "ESPN," and will cost $29.99 per month.

The new service will be available as soon as this fall, providing sports fans with all the content from its television channels, with the addition of football and basketball games. ESPN is expecting to attract more non-cable users with live sports programming.

Walt Disney shares added 1.09% at 10:46 am ET during market trading.
