Yang Dongsheng, head of BYD's intelligent driving division, revealed on Monday that the company will fully integrate the DeepSeep-R1 model into its intelligent driving system.

With DeepSeek-R1, BYD's vehicles will gain improved reasoning abilities, allowing them to interpret user intentions better and provide tailored responses. The upgrade will enhance the user experience by enabling a more intuitive and adaptive smart cockpit.

Additionally, BYD introduced five standard configurations, including a DiLink 100 intelligent cockpit and a capacitive steering wheel, further modernizing its fleet.
