Witkoff has 'good feelings' about long-term solution to Gaza
United States Special Envoy to the Middle East Steve Witkoff said on Wednesday that he has a "very good feelings" about reaching, first, a Gaza ceasefire agreement and then a long-term resolution to the conflict between Israel and Palestine.
Witkoff noted that negotiators are on the "precipice of sending out a new term sheet" on the matter and expressed hope it will be delivered later today.
Earlier in the day, Hamas claimed it reached a deal with Witkoff on a "general framework" for a ceasefire in Gaza.
