United States Treasury yields continued to rise on Monday, with the 30-year note jumping to highs unseen since November 2023. The increase was prompted by the continuous trade uncertainty, concerns about ballooning government debt and the US losing its top credit rating.
The 30-year Treasury yield grew by 12 basis points to 5.023% at 4:57 am ET. The 10-year note yield was up by 10 points to 4.539% at the same time.
