Tusk: Europe will rearm more quickly than Russia
Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk said on Thursday that Europe will expand its military capabilities "more quickly, cleverly and effectively" than Russia as he arrived at a European summit on Ukraine in Brussels.
Tusk said he believes the United States will restart sending military aid to Ukraine after it decided to pause it earlier this week. He conceded that the US under President Donald Trump is a "more demanding partner" than before but stressed that the alliance between the US and Europe remains an "absolute priority."
