RFK Jr. says media causing division, demonizing Trump
Former independent presidential candidate Robert Kennedy Jr. blasted the media for causing division in the United States, demonizing former President Donald Trump and "half of the country" by likening them to Hitler and calling them fascists.
Kennedy addressed the crowd at a hurricane relief benefit event organized by commentator and writer Tucker Carlson in Arizona, accusing CBS, as well as other news networks of dishonesty and sowing division. Kennedy stated he gave only four interviews on national networks during his 19-month-long presidential bid, blasting CBS for "not letting him on" a single time.
According to Kennedy, the media demonized Trump in order to make the "make the people despise him."
