More than 50 people died or are missing after the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) carried out numerous attacks across the Gaza Strip, the Palestinian Civil Defense said on Friday. According to Al Jazeera, four people were confirmed dead and six were pulled out of the rubble, but at least 50 remain unaccounted for.

The IDF said it struck some 75 targets in Gaza in the past 24 hours, claiming they destroyed "military buildings, weapons depots, and sniper positions." The Israeli military did not release information on civilian casualties.
