Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said Sunday that US President Donald Trump presented the only viable plan for resolving the Gaza issue. Speaking at a conference in Jerusalem, he said Israel is willing to let people leave Gaza and claimed some have already done so through bribery. "Give them an option," he added.

Netanyahu also echoed Trump in saying that "the gates of hell" will open if Hamas does not release all remaining hostages.

The Israeli prime minister called Trump's proposal for Gaza's future a "bold vision," saying he discussed earlier with US Secretary of State Marco Rubio how to make it a reality.
