The majority of United States Vice President Kamala Harris' team will observe the results of the presidential election from Wilmington, Delaware, with some senior aides on their way to Washington to spend the evening with the vice president, NBC News reported.

Dozens of Harris' campaign staffers at the Wilmington headquarters have supposedly been phone-banking throughout the day in an attempt to reach voters until the very last moment before polls close, the news agency added, citing a Harris campaign official.
