Israel: We hit element of Iran's nuclear program in Oct.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said on Monday while addressing the Knesset that the attack against Iran, carried out in October, hit an element of Tehran's nuclear program.
"A certain component in Iran's nuclear program was hit but the nuclear program itself hasn't been stopped ... We hit a vehicle related to the Iranian nuclear program [and] destroyed 4 S-300 batteries," he elaborated. Netanyahu went on to say that Israel will continue to work with the United States to prevent Iran from possessing nuclear weapons.
During his speech, the Israeli prime minister further talked about Hezbollah, claiming that around 80% of the militant group's rocket arsenal has been destroyed.
