Equities in Europe traded flat to higher in Thursday's premarket ahead of Barclays PLC and Unilever PLC's newest financial results and updates on Germany, the Eurozone, and the United Kingdom's services and manufacturing sector.

The DAX and the CAC 40 stood flat at 8:00 am CET. At the same time, the FTSE 100 increased by 0.13%. The Eurostoxx 50 went up by 0.30%.

The euro and the pound sterling both grew by 0.07% against the United States dollar at 7:58 am CET to sell for $1.07895 and $1.29312, respectively.
