Trump 'satisfied' with assassination attempt investigation
United States President Donald Trump said during an interview on Fox News that "mistakes were made" by the US Secret Service during last year's assassination attempt on him in Pennsylvania, though he stated he was "satisfied" with the government's investigation into the matter.
"They should have had somebody in the building, they should have had communications with the local police, they weren't tied in and they should have been tied in, so there were mistakes made," Trump said, clarifying that he was "satisfied in terms of the bigger plot, the larger plot," and adding that he has "great confidence in these people," calling them "very talented" and "very capable."
