Ahold Delhaize N.V. is an international retail group headquartered in the Netherlands (Amsterdam). Ahold Delhaize serves its customers directly via regional supermarkets or indirectly via an online food service. In Europe, the Group is mainly present in the Netherlands, Belgium, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Sweden, Norway, the Baltic States and Portugal. The Group sells its products in stores under the names etos, ah, Gall & Gall, albert, hypernova, ICA and Pingodoce. In Germany, three small stores are currently operated under the “Albert Heijn to go” brand, which mainly sell fresh products such as salads and sandwiches as well as microwave meals. In the USA, the retailer is mainly represented on the East Coast. Here, Ahold Delhaize sells its products under the Giant, Peapod and Stop&Shop brands.
