ERSTE BOND INFLATION LINKED is a bond fund. The Fund aims to achieve capital growth and/or continuous returns. In order to attain the investment objective, the Fund invests predominantly, in other words at least 51% of its assets, in inflation-linked government bonds in the form of directly purchased individual instruments, in other words not indirectly or directly through investment funds or through derivatives. In addition, the Fund may invest in conventional government bonds as well as inflation-indexed and conventional bonds issued by other entities (such as corporate bonds), these bonds must be in the investment grade (or other comparable) segment in terms of ratings assigned by recognised rating agencies. There are no restrictions with regard to the locations of the registered offices of the issuers of the securities in the Fund or regarding the economic sectors in which these issuers are active. The Management Company strives to hedge as much of the foreign currency risk versus the euro as possible by applying appropriate strategies in accordance with the market conditions. The Fund invests at least 51% of its assets in financial instruments that have been categorised by the Management Company as sustainable on the basis of a predefined screening process.
