Russian attacks on Kharkiv, Ukraine's second-largest city, have killed at least four people and injured more than 60, according to Ihor Terekov, the city's mayor.

In a post on Telegram, the mayor stated that "Kharkiv is currently experiencing the most powerful attack since the start of the full-scale war." The Ukrainian military stated that Russia launched over 206 unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), two ballistic and seven other missiles at Ukraine overnight.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky stated that "last night, there was a massive drone strike on Kharkiv, and now there are aerial bombs. Dozens of people have been injured in the past 24 hours."
