United States President Donald Trump underlined on Monday that everybody is to blame when it comes to the war in Ukraine, from his predecessor, Joe Biden, to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and Russian President Vladimir Putin.

"That is a war that should have never been allowed to start. Biden should have stopped it. Zelensky should have stopped it. Putin should have never started it," Trump insisted while taking journalist questions at the Oval Office. "Millions of people died because of three people. I'd say Putin [is] number one [to blame]. But let's say Biden, who had no idea what the hell he was doing, number two. And Zelensky," the US head of state remarked.

Trump insisted that his administration is doing "well" when it comes to trying to find solutions for the war, adding that "very good proposals" are coming "very soon."
